As a Solution Architect you will act as the primary liaison between technology and business. In this role, you will be seeing the full project cycle for each client project while also providing strategic insight on product development.
Responsibilities
Provide project management and leadership for all internal product development and client solutions
Establish and maintain development governance processes; ensure that all code is backed up and being stored in the appropriate repositories
Discover and process map current state of a clients existing processes
Engineer tailored integrations and automations as per project requirements
Work with Head of Engineering (India) to delegate engineering work to appropriate teams or staff
Provide knowledge of business processes as they related to enterprise systems
Support business development efforts via demo design and rapid prototyping
Leverage python or robot framework for automated solution development
The last technical point of escalation (before President); you will be asked to participate in client facing meetings and calls to address any client needs
Liaison with client IT Teams to obtain access to client systems, software, servers, etc.
Responsible for implementing final solutions for clients on the IT side
Regularly communicate with the business project manager to provide status reports as required by client
Travel to client sites as requested (30% travel)
Qualifications
Practical uses of Python in business or healthcare
Basic libraries like: Pandas, Selenium, SDK's, OpenCV
Medical and/or pharmaceutical claims processing
Business process mapping
Experience with enterprise systems like Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, Workday, etc.
Lean Six Sigma experience (certification nice to have)
Proven track record of solving business problems via technology
Strong communication skills
Experience with UiPath, Robocorp, and/or Odoo
Willingness to earn certifications and learn new skills
Minimum Salary: $100K
